10. Super aEgis II

If you think killer robots exist only in movies like Terminator, check out Super aEgis II, an automated machine gun turret that is programmed to spot potential threats and take out targets without human mediation.
Developed by South Korean arms manufacturer DoDAAM, the robotic sentry relies on a 180 degree fish eye view of the horizon and satellite data to detect its target. To allay fears that the machine will engage on its own without warning, its engineers built in a system password that is required to unlock the robot’s gun. This safeguard is supposed to prevent a Skynet scenario where sentient machines launch an attack, but will it?
