New Kids On The Block(chain)

After years spent in the shadow of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology is finally coming into its own.

AsianScientist (Jan. 26, 2018) – While Bitcoin and Ether have been grabbing headlines for their wild fluctuations in value, the true revolutionary potential of the blockchain may lie outside of cryptocurrencies.

At its heart, blockchain technology is about embodying a human virtue—trust—in virtual form. Unsurprisingly, both public agencies and private enterprises are clamoring to integrate blockchain into their operations to deliver value to citizens and customers. Jeremy received his PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he studied the role of the tumor microenvironment in cancer progression.
