Ghosh received the 2025 Tata Transformation Prize (Healthcare category) for pioneering magnetic nanorobot technologies that can be guided through the body to deliver cancer therapies directly to tumors while sparing healthy tissue, reducing side effects. He also developed real-time imaging tools to steer these devices, advancing targeted, minimally invasive cancer treatment with significant global health potential.
