Donphai received the L’Oréal Thailand “For Women in Science” fellowship in physical sciences for pioneering nanotechnology-based solutions to utilize greenhouse gases. Her work reduces pollution and lowers waste disposal costs, helping industries to reduce emissions while supporting a circular economy by repurposing materials like sugarcane bagasse ash. This aligns with Thailand’s net-zero emissions goal and addresses economic, social and environmental challenges.
