Tika Y. Sukarna

ABOUT

Tika Y. Sukarna received her Ph.D. in Biology from The City University of New York, her M.S in Biology from New York University, and her B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Maryland College Park. Tika has developed bioinformatics strategies for studying the molecular evolution of bacterial and primate genomes, and studied human mitochondrial genetics. She now divides her time doing writing and research in Jakarta, Indonesia through collaborations with scientists at the University of Indonesia and Akonlabs to develop strategies for analyzing digital data as applied to socio-psychological behavior.
