Three leading scholars and artists will be honored at the World Cultural Council Award Ceremony taking place today. The official worldwide launch of the 2013-14 Times Higher Education World University Rankings will be held in conjunction with the Summit and a master class on ranking methodology and performance trends will be conducted by THE Rankings editor and Mr Simon Pratt of Thomson Reuters.
