    Details: The ICYRAM program covers a broad range of topics which are characterized by six broad themes: BIOMATERIALS & HEALTHCARE (BH), ENERGY & THE ENVIRONMENT (EE), ELECTRONIC MATERIALS (EM), OPTICAL MATERIALS (OM), MAGNETIC MATERIALS & SPINTRONICS (MM), and CARBON-BASED MATERIALS (CM). ICYRAM has been organized with an effort to create the feel of a smaller conference or workshop whereby participants primarily attend sessions of a given theme. The diversity of topics within the themes allows for attendees to increase the breadth of their general materials-based knowledge. Panel discussions at the conclusion of each technical session will promote dialogue and the exchange of ideas, fostering interaction, and promoting networking within the international community of other young researchers.
